Canadian partnership agency

Quiet taproom hours, full of people who move.

Brew Fitness is a Canadian partnership agency that helps craft breweries fill slow taproom hours with fitness sessions, and helps fitness coaches earn from ticketed events at those breweries.

How it works

Four steps to a weekly habit.

  1. The brewery picks its quiet hours

Tuesday to Thursday afternoons, early evenings, slow Sundays. You choose the slots and formats.

  2. We match a vetted coach

Run club, mobility, strength or walking. Every coach is screened, including who their audience is.

  3. You approve, we promote

The brewery signs off on every coach, session and post before anything goes out.

  4. Train, then stay

The workout ends, the group heads inside, and those who want to order do. Non-alcoholic options are always poured.

Why fitness, not another trivia night

Trivia draws people who’d come anyway. A run club draws the ones who weren’t coming.

Active neighbours, non-drinkers and older adults looking for company: new revenue in the hours you need it, from guests who come back every week.
