Privacy policy
Last updated 28 October 2026
This policy explains how Brew Fitness (“Brew Fitness”, “we”) handles personal information collected through brewfitness.ca, across Canada.
Person in charge of privacy
The person responsible for the protection of personal information at Brew Fitness can be reached at goderpmt@hotmail.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry and application forms: your name, email, phone if given, business or city, province and what you tell us.
- Age check: your province and age are stored only in your own browser to remember that you passed the check. They are not sent to us.
- Members’ space: your email (to sign in), display name, province, city, optional website and bio, your posts, cheers, flags, RSVPs and workout logs. Workout logs are private; only monthly totals are shown publicly.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry or application, arrange partnerships and sessions, run the members’ space and moderate it. We don’t sell personal information.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are processed by our website host and may be stored outside Canada. Members’ space data is stored with our database provider; we use its Canadian region where available. Before transferring personal information outside Quebec, we assess whether it will be adequately protected.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications that don’t lead to a partnership are deleted within 24 months. You can delete your posts at any time, and close your members’ account by emailing us.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing goderpmt@hotmail.com. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, where applicable, your provincial privacy commissioner (in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information).
