Alcohol rules

Regulator: Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ)

In Quebec, all alcohol advertising must be precleared by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux before it runs. Any promotion naming a Quebec partner brewery goes through that preclearance first.

Some First Nations and Inuit communities across Canada have their own alcohol bylaws. Sessions on or near those lands follow local rules, and are alcohol-free where alcohol is restricted. General information, not legal advice.
