# Brew Fitness

> Brew Fitness is a Canadian partnership agency that helps craft breweries fill slow taproom hours with fitness sessions, and helps fitness coaches earn from ticketed events at those breweries. Based in Edmonton, Alberta.

Brew Fitness is not a gym, a brewery or a bar, and it does not make, sell or give away alcohol. Public sessions are for adults of legal drinking age in their province or territory. Any drink after a workout is optional, and partner breweries pour non-alcoholic options. Sessions and promotion follow Canadian alcohol advertising rules, including the CRTC code and, in Alberta, AGLC policy.
